Russell Brand has been accused of rape, sexual assault, and emotional abuse during a seven-year period at the height of his fame.

Meanwhile, Russell Brand has denied ‘very serious criminal allegations’ made in the investigative report by news publication and channel.
In the video statement, posted on YouTube X-Xplatform Brand said: “Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.
“These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time when I was in the movies, and as I’ve written about extensively in my books I was very, very promiscuous.
“Now during that time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely, always consensual.”
Brand said he believed he was the subject of a “coordinated attack” and he was going to look into the matter because it was “very, very serious”.
Following accusations of rape, sexual assaults and emotional abuse, Russell Brand’s agent Tavistock Wood has “terminated all ties” with the comedian, reports BBC News.
