Varun Dhawan’s Workaholic Nature Lands Him in Trouble

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan who’s known as a hardworking and humble individual recently paid a heavy cost for his workaholic nature. The actor was shooting for his upcoming Street Dance and collapsed on the set, causing a frenzy. It later came to highlight that Varun had been shooting despite a high grade fever and cold.

“Varun was battling cold and fever for a long time but continued to shoot nonetheless, well aware that his portions had to be wrapped up before July 26. On Tuesday, he was to film a gruelling dance sequence with his co-actors,” said a source while talking to Indian publication.

“Following intense prep, Varun was shooting for the number when he got dizzy and fainted,” added the source.

Seeing Varun’s condition, director Remo D’Souza immediately called a doctor who diagnosed Varun to be suffering from low blood pressure and weakness. He advised the 32-year two days rest and medicines for energy. Seeing the actor’s condition, Remo cancelled the shoot for next two days as well.

However being his dedicated self, Varun returned to work after a day off and tried to compensate for the loss.

“Knowing that they had lost out on a day, Varun told Remo sir that he would do a double shift. He reported to the set at 1 pm and worked till 7 am on Friday morning,” the source informed.

While we definitely commend Varun’s professionalism, we do hope he will take care of himself to avoid any future incidents of the sort.
