According to our source ace Pakistani film producer Humayun Saeed is gearing up for a new film project “Loafer”. The script has already been penned down. Finalized!

Humayun Saeed who was recently awarded “Man of Inspiration” title at an event held in Karachi, has given great back to back hit films. Jawani Phir Nahi Ani has probably the became the biggest film franchise in Pakistan.

The award winning writer Khalil ur Reham Qamar has written the script of this upcoming film. Last time Humayun Saeed and Khail ur Rehman Qamar paired up of the massive hit Punjab Nahi Jaungi. Qamar Sahab is also known for writing many hit TV plays that include Sadqay Tumharay, Landa Bazar, Pyaray Afzal for which he bagged Lux Style Award and now he has penned down the script for his new project, “Loafer”.

Film Punjab Nahi Jaungi was internationally acclaimed, it won special jury award at Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Film Festival at Qingdao in China.

According to our sources, the story of the film will be based in the walled city of Lahore. It is going to be a love story told in a slightly comic way as the name proposes, Loafer. Story plot will also feature man woman conflict.

For Humayun Saeed, who has delivered well in both romantic and comedy genres, it is expected he’ll do well with Loafer as well. The last project by the writer-producer duo was a massive hit and we are already getting the same vibes from Loafer as well. The stakes are already very high!
