Eid is always special in Pakistan including the cinema. This year we had a busy box-office with 4 films releasing on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr. And seems like we have a promising next year as well.
Why? Because veteran director Wajahat Rauf has announced his latest project, Karachi Se Lahore 3.
While talking to Oye Yeah, Wajahat Rauf told us, “What I can tell you now is that there are going to be few characters from the last film and including new additions, the story will be in continuity with the previous part”.
“You have to wait a little more till we share more details about Karachi Se Lahore 3 officially, at the moment all I can say this film is not going to be based on a road trip like previous parts”, share the creative man behind the previous films of this sequel.
“Shoot for KSL3 is scheduled to kick off in December. The film will be shot in different cities of Pakistan with a local home grown story and the film is slated to be release on Eid-ul-Fitr next year”, shared Wajahat Rauf.
Talking about the music of this upcoming film, Wajahat shared, “Core music for this part of the film like previous parts is being done by Sheraz Upal. But this time couple of new people will be included as well, but Sheraz will be the music director”.
For further details and the final cast we have to wait for a while but from social media we have come to know that actress model Zara Abbas is part of this upcoming sequel of Karachi to Lahore, as she has shared the news on her Instagram. Zara Noor Abbas will be making her film debut with this production. As Zara posted film poster with the caption, “Bismillah!! ❤GET READY FOR 2019!! Really excited yet nervous to announce this.
