Aamir Liaquat once again resigns from the National Assembly

Aamir Liaquat has once again resigned from the National Assembly!

The development was revealed when PTI MNA from Karachi Dr. Aamir Liaquat Husain tweeted about his resignation without stating any reason for taking this decision.

“Have sent resignation from the National Assembly. May Allah Almighty support Imran Khan and PTI. Allah Hafiz,” Aamir Liaquat said in a tweet.

This is not the first time, popular TV host and politician did so.

Last year in July Aamir Liaquat had announced on Twitter that he was heading to Prime Minister House to submit his resignation to PM Imran Khan.

However, PM Imran Khan at that time did not accept his resignation.

Hussain had tweeted that he had requested time from Prime Minister Imran Khan and would submit his resignation to him in that meeting as he felt “helpless” as an MNA from Karachi.

“I admit that I am a helpless MNA from Karachi,” Aamir Liaquat had said, adding that he was unable to provide electricity to the citizens of his city.
