As reported, two newly-hired female housemaids robbed a family of jewellery worth Rs4 million and cash in a house situated in Doli Khata, within the jurisdiction of Nabi Bux Garden Police Station.
The CCTV footage showed the housemaids running away after looting the house while covering their faces.
The case came to light after a first information report (FIR) was registered on the victim’s complaint.
As per the FIR, the victim had hired two housemaids five days ago.
