Imran Khan has expelled Faisal Vawda from PTI, it emerges today.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has terminated the basic party membership of Faisal Vawda.
Strict action was taken against him in wake of a press conference Vawda conducted a few days ago.
The termination comes after Vawda failed to “respond to the notice within the stipulated timeline”
According to PTI, a show-cause notice was issued to Faisal Vawda on October 26 for violating party policy.
PTI announced the decision of its chairman via a tweet, sharing a notification bearing Imran Khan’s signature.
It should be noted that while giving a press conference in Islamabad, Faisal Vawdashared his concerns about PTI’s long march.
