James Bond actor Sir Sean Connery dies at the age of 90, reports UK media on Saturday.
The cause of his death is yet undisclosed.
The Scotish actor celebrated his 90th birthday in August. He was knighted by the Queen at Holyrood Palace in 2000.
His acting career spanned over many decades, and he worked in more than 50 films. Among them, he was widely considered the best actor to have played 007 in the long-running franchise films James Bond.
He won an Oscar for his performance as a police officer in The Untouchables, two Bafta awards and three Golden Globes.
