Pakistan’s former cricketer and philanthropist Shahid Afridi has tested positive for coronavirus.
Afridi took to social media on Saturday, confirming his positive test report and asked fans to pray for his well-being.
“I’ve been feeling unwell since Thursday; my body had been aching badly. I’ve been tested and unfortunately, I’m COVID positive. Need prayers for a speedy recovery, InshaAllah,” he wrote.
It is pertinent to mention that Shahid Afridi has been busy with charity work ever since the coronavirus pandemic started. His charity organization distributed ration bags across the country helping the needy during these difficult COVID-19 days.
Here at OyeYeah, we extend our prayers for the health and speedy recovery if Shahid Afridi and other COVID-19 patients.
