CM Bugti has given Rs100,000 Eidi to Baloch child influencer Baba Che after his complaint to Waseem Badami went viral on social media.
Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti announced on Tuesday that the Balochistan government would bear the educational expenses of child influencer Abubakar, better known by his social media name Baba Che.
CM Bugti while giving him Rs100,000 Eidi, also announced that the government would bear his educational expenses until graduation.
“The talent of Balochistan was no less than any other province,” he said during a meeting with the child influencer in Quetta.
It was the other day when Baba Che expressed his disappointment over not being called to the Ramadan Special show hosted by Waseem Badami which regularly features child social media stars.
The young internet sensation’s YouTube page has more than one million subscribers on YouTube, while his last video on the platform received more than 250,000 views.
Baba Che said: “I am very disappointed with Waseem Badami because he invited all the children to his show, but why hasn’t he invited me? Am I not a child or do I lack talent? Am I not famous, or do I not live in Pakistan? Or is the only issue that my affiliation is with Balochistan?”
