Kumail Nanjiani’s superhero debut in Marvel’s The Eternals has been further delayed and while one would expect the actor to be gloomy – seeing his recent excitement on Twitter – he is rather in high spirits.
Taking it to Twitter, the actor praised Marvel and Disney for postponing the film and concurred that health and lives are more important than anything else.
“Eternals delayed to Nov 5, 2021. Marvel made the right & responsible decision. There’s a pandemic. Nothing is more important than health & lives,” tweeted the Big Sick actor.
“I can’t tell ppl to go to a movie theater until I feel safe going to one. Take care of yourselves. I promise it’ll be worth the wait!” he concluded with an optimistic attitude.
