The Karachi administration on Friday night sealed two amusement parks for violating the coronavirus Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Superspace an indoor theme park at the Pavilion End Club, and Sindbad, both located at Main Rashid Minhas Road, were sealed by Gulshan-e-Iqbal Assistant Commissioner Zahid Junejo on the orders of the District East deputy commissioner.
Vistors at both the parks were not practicing social distancing and standing close to each other in the queue.
In the last few days, Karachi has emerged as the city with the highest COVID-19 positivity ratio i.e., 20.12%, followed by Hyderabad with 18.43 %, and Abbottabad with 14.53%.
