Hot weather is likely to prevail in Karachi this year as the temperatures in the ongoing month of February are above normal, said weather expert Jawad Memon.

Memon said that the mercury may shoot up to 32-34°C during the day on Sunday.

At night, the temperature is likely to be recorded at 18-20°C, he added.
In Karachi during February average daily high temperatures increase from 26°C to 28°C and it is overcast or mostly cloudy about 16% of the time.
