Video showing Fawad Chaudhry running to avoid arrest goes viral on Tuesday.

The Islamabad High Court ordered the immediate release of former federal minister and leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Fawad Chaudhry, but he ran away when he tried to re-arrest him and then reached the courtroom.

Fawad Chaudhry was presented in an armored vehicle to the Islamabad High Court where Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the said application.

After the arguments of the parties were completed, the court reserved its decision on the petition against Fawad Chaudhry’s arrest.

Later, the court declared the arrest of Fawad Chaudhry null and void and ordered his release.

Moments after the release of the Tehreek-e-Insaf leader, the capital’s police tried to arrest him again.

As reported, Fawad Chaudhry was about to go home after the Islamabad High Court issued the release order when the elite force stopped his car, after which the PTI leader immediately got off the car and went running to enter the premises of the Islamabad High Court running.

Fawad Chaudhry fled from the spot and reached the court of Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb, where a court order is awaited regarding the grant of his protective bail.

Fawad Chaudhry came to the rostrum in the courtroom and said that the police outside the court tried to arrest him once again.

On this, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that if you are a practitioner yourself, you would have waited for the written order.

Fawad Chaudhry said that we are going to file a contempt of court petition in this regard, on which the court said that you should file a contempt of court petition and take a copy of the written order.

Meanwhile, the Islamabad High Court, while ordering the release of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry, has ordered not to arrest him in any case, including the undisclosed ones, within the limits of the federal capital for the next two days.
