Forbes reveals the world’s highest paid entertainers from across the globe

It is being reported that Forbes magazine has compiled its 20th annual Celebrity 100 ranking of the world’s highest paid celebrities which is going to feature on p. 106 in Forbes’ August 31, 2018 magazine issue.

American boxer Floyd Mayweather is on top of the list with 285 million dollars in pretax annual earnings. According to Forbes The boxer’s August 2017 fight versus Conor McGregor has generated more than 550 million dollars in revenue.

Oscar-winning Hollywood celebrity George Clooney is at second spot in the list as he is named as the highest paid entertainer. Clooney has earned an estimated amount of 239 million dollars after selling the Casamigos tequila company he co-founded the British spirits company Diageo in June 2017. Forbes has also revealed that the sale gave Clooney the best annual earnings of his 35-year career in film and television.

20 years old reality star Kylie Jenner is on third spot in the annual Forbes Celebrity 100 list, mainly because of her booming cosmetics line. According to Forbes that cosmetics company has put her on track to become the youngest self-made billionaire in the United States.

Fourth spot goes to Judge Judy Sheindlin with 147 million dollars. She is professionally known as Judge Judy, an American prosecution lawyer, former Manhattan family court judge, television personality, television producer, and author.

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, with the earning of 124 million dollars make up to the top five. According to the Forbes earnings of the “Jumanji” and “Fast & Furious” star were the largest acting-related earnings it had recorded in 20 years.

While U2 is at no. 6 with 118 million dollars, Coldplay at 7th spot with 115.5million, footballer Lionel Messi is at no. 8th position with 111million, Ed Sheeran at the 9th position in the list with 110 million and at the top 10th goes to another footballer Cristian Ronaldo with 108 million dollars’ income.

There are only two B-town celebrities who have managed to gain spot on the list of the World’s Highest Paid Celebrities 2018. That include Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar ranked 76th with 40.5 million dollar earnings and Salman Khan, who is on the 82nd spot with 37.7 million dollar earnings.
