Poland’s President Andrzej Duda Tests Positive for Coronavirus
Poland’s President Andrzej Duda has tested positive for coronavirus on Friday.
According to Blazej Spychalski, secretary of state, President Andrzej Duda is doing well and is currently in isolation.
The development comes after the country faces a record rise in cases.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, as recommended President @AndrzejDuda was tested yesterday for the presence of coronavirus. The result turned out to be positive. The president is fine,” Blazej Spychalski, secretary of state in the president’s office, said on Twitter.
The secretary of State has also gone into isolation after the President’s positive tests.
