All Schools to Conduct Regular 5-day Classes from March 1
All schools in Pakistan will conduct regular 5-day classes from Monday, March 1. The new announcement was made by Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood on Tuesday in a tweet.
Taking it to social media, Shafqat Mahmood said, “All schools will go back to regular 5-day classes from Monday, March 1. Restrictions imposed in some major cities on schools to conduct staggered classes was only till Feb 28.“
“This announcement applies to every educational institution in the designated cities where restrictions had been imposed. Allah SWTs infinite mercy that we are returning to normal,” he further added.

In the first phase of reopening of educational institutes, the students of class 9 to 12, as well as O and A level students across Pakistan returned to their schools on January 18.
While the varsities across the country reopen from February 1.
All educational institutions across the country were closed on November 26 amid the second wave of coronavirus pandemic.
