Boxer Amir Khan might enter in politics, asks fans for advice
Boxer Amir Khan might enter in politics, and has asked his fans for advice. As being inspired from Manny Pacquiao, he wants to do the same for Pakistan.
Pakistani origin, British boxer is also a known philanthropist who works for many causes around the world including Pakistan.
However, it emerged from is recent social media conversation that that former unified light-welterweight world champion, is thinking to enter politics.
In a series of tweets, the champ spoke of his mind, sharing his thoughts he also asked for his fans to lend him a piece of advice for joining politics.
“I have been asked numerous times if I would join politics in Pakistan. Being a sportsman and being an ambassador for the country, I’m honoured to ask if I would take part in politics, in fact, I would love to help the country”, he said.

In his next tweet, he shared, “I would love to make Pakistan a better place and be a massive help in many areas. Being a sport, education, stopping child labouring and many more things. We will all leave this world one day, but whilst we still around we all should do our bit”.

“I’ve sat with many politicians and army generals agreeing and disagreeing on topics in the country. My heart is clean and I would want the best for Pakistan. Let’s see how things play out. My old stablemate world champion boxer manny Pacquiao also joined politics”, he added.
