Ex-PTI leaders Fawad Chaudhry, Imran Ismail and Ali Zaidi to join Jahangir Tareen’s party

The New Political Scene is emerging in Pakistan after a month of political crisis in Islamabad!

Reports indicate that Jahangir Khan Tareen has picked up the pieces of the fast-dismantling Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf (PTI).

According to sources, Jahangir Tareen is likely to announce the launch of his new political party “Istehkam-e-Pakistan” later today.

However, last night’s dinner hosted by Aleem Khan at his residence in Lahore, is what has become the center of attraction as a new political party emerges on the horizon.

The dinner was attended by 100 leaders from across the country including high-profile PTI defectors.

A guessing game begins after former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Fawad Chaudhry, Imran Ismail, and Ali Zaidi along with several other former leaders of the party seem set to join hands with Jahangir Khan Tareen.

According to sources Murad Raas, Firdous Ashiq Awan, Muhammad Zaheer-ud-Din Khan Alizai, Fayyaz ul Hassan Chohan, Malik Nauman Ahmad Langrial, Chaudhry Muhammad Norez Shakoor, former secretary general Aamir Kayani, Javed Ansari, Tariq Abdullah, Syed Ghazi Gulab Jamal and Ajmal Khan Wazir from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, will join the new party.

Furthermore, Rafaqat Gillani, ex-MPA from Chishtian, Mumtaz Mehravi, and ex-MPA from Sahiwal, Meher Irshad Kathia. From Nankana Sahib, Mian Usman Ashraf and Major (retd) Khurram Rokhri have already announced joining the Tareen party.
