Katrina Kaif to star alongside Akshay Kumar in Sooryavanshi

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif make a sizzling pair. The duo have already spread their magic as an onscreen couple in a number of films and it seems, they are now ready for their next adventure together after nine solid years. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif will now be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi, the next in his series titled, Singham and Simmba.

Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif have previously worked in Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, Namaste London, Singh is King, Welcome, De Dhana Dhan amongst others.

Katrina herself made the announcement on her social media.

“Super excited to join the team of sooryavanshi with the incredible @itsrohitshetty for the first time , cant wait to be back on set with @akshaykumar after soooooo long 🌝 and the inimitable @karanjohar, ” wrote Katrina on her Instagram.

Sooryavanshi is presented by Reliance Entertainment and co-produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez, Dharma Productions and Akshay Kumar’s Cape of Good Films. The film will release next year on Eid.
