Mohammad Hafeez’s COVID-19 test from private lab comes out negative

Mohammad Hafeez’s COVID-19 test conducted from a private lab comes out negative, a day after a PCB test result showed him as positive. 

In a social media post, Hafeez shared the copy of his latest test report, with a caption saying, “After Tested positive COVID-19 according to PCB testing Report yesterday, as 2nd opinion & for satisfaction I personally went to Test it again along with my family and here I along with my all family members are reported Negative Alham du Lillah. May Allah keep us all safe”.

All the PCB’s coronavirus tests were conducted by Shaukat Khanum Laboratory, whereas Hafeez had his second test done by the Chugtai Laboratory.

It was on Tuesday when PCB announced that ten Pakistan players tested positive for the virusincluding Mohammad Hafeez, after testing carried out on the entire 29-man squad due to fly out to England on June 28.
