Veteran comedian and actor Mirza Shahi passed away at the Civil Hospital Karahi on Tuesday.

He was admitted to the hospital a week ago in critical condition after contracting coronavirus.

As being reported, both his wife and daughter had also tested positive for Covid-19.

Mirza Shahi started his entertainment career in 1965.

Mirza also worked in several super hit films including Chakori, Chhote Sahib.

His famous TV credits include dramas like Haye Jedi, Eid Train, Nadaniyan, and Qudusi Sahab ki Bevah.
