Public Holiday announced in Karachi on April 23 amid the Iranian President’s visit
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will reach Pakistan tomorrow (Monday) on an official visit from April 22 to 24.

A public holiday has been announced as the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi will be visiting the city.
On Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sunday confirmed that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi would reach Pakistan tomorrow (Monday) on an official visit from April 22 to 24.
Raisi’s visit will be the first by any head of state to Islamabad after the February 8 polls.
Irani President will be accompanied by his spouse and a high-level delegation comprising the foreign minister and other cabinet members along with other senior officials as well as a large business delegation.
The FO’s confirmation comes after a comprehensive security plan was chalked out for President Raisi’s visit after his security squad members reached Pakistan to review the measures taken by the authorities in the country.
