Days after the leaked video of Mufti Abdul Aziz, another cleric’s child molestation video goes viral on social media.
As being reported the alleged video features Allama Dr. Mazhar Abbas, a cleric sexually abusing an underage child at Jamia Imam-ul-Asar Adda Sheikhan in Chiniot.
According to viral details on social media, plaintiff Ansar Abbas registered a case against Allama Mazhar Abbas Najafi, principal of the madrassa in Muhammadwala police station.
The plaintiff in the filed lawsuit said that his 14-year-old son was studying at Imam-ul-Asr University where he was sexually abused by Mazhar Abbas.
According to Chiniot police, the incident took place in March 2021, after which a case was registered and the accused was arrested. However, the video has now gone viral.
Section 377 of the Penal Code was added to the lawsuit, according to which anyone who misbehaves with anyone will be sentenced to imprisonment.
