In simple words, Dear Students, Dar kay agay Jeet hai! There is strength in numbers and solidarity, don't shy away from taking the right and principled stance and it will only encourage your peers as Jibrail's resolve encouraged fellow students of IBA to speak up and join him.

IBA had been under criticism for expelling a student who exposed harassment on campus.
The student saw an employee of IBA’s finance department allegedly shouting at and threatening a female employee, and shared the details in a social media post.
Consequently, a disciplinary procedure was initiated against him, and Mohammad Gibrail who was weeks away from his graduation was expelled from the varsity.
The case led to protests from IBA students and a social media backlash against the institutions decision to expel the student.
