Engin Altan Duzyatan, the lead star of the Turkish historic series Dirilis: Ertugrul playing the role of ‘Ertugrul’ on Tuesday communicated with three Pakistani Make-A-Wish children via a Facebook live session.
As being reported, the children were wearing traditional outfits from the series Dirilis: Ertugrul.
During the live seesion, the children— Sidra, Fiza and Sohail, have also gifted a sword to Altan which was received by the Turkish Consulate General on behalf of him.
Meanwhile, during the live-chat session, Pakistani superstar Humayun Saeed, Commissioner of Karachi and others were also present extending gratitude towards the Turkish actor for making the children smile.
“I am very happy for this love from Pakistan” said Altan. While talking about the historic mega-hit series, he said:
“It was very very difficult but was amazing”.
During the virtual meet up, a volunteer from the Make-A-Wish Foundation sang the title song of Dirilis: Ertugrul.
Make-A-Wish Foundation Pakistan founder Ishtiaq Baig, at the start of the session told Altan that he (Altan Duzyatan) is so popular in Pakistan that ‘even if he contests election in the country, he will definitely win and become member of the parliament.’
