Hadiqa Kiani Salon slapped with 42.5 million compensation lawsuit over malpractice and negligence
A customer has filed a lawsuit for compensation demanding 42.5 million against Hadiqa Kiani Salon in Faisalabad, it emerged on Thursday.
As being reported, a customer had reviewed a hair treatment at the salon owned by the famous singer Hadiqa Kiani in Faisalabad, on October 10, 2020.
However, the treatment caused terrible hair loss to the client resulting in baldness. The customer accuses the Salon owner of using substandard products that caused the damage.
According to the filed lawsuit, the filer not just suffered the loss of hair, an essential body part but also went through extreme mental distress.
It further adds that none of the salon owner and the service provider behaved in an unsatisfactory manner when approached to resolve the issue.
