Clunky new US$3,300 ‘clear sticky tape bracelet’ from fashion house Balenciaga featured in the Fall/Winter 2024 collection.
The bracelet in question looks just like a regular roll of clear tape sold at your local hardware or office supply store, however, it is branded with the Balenciaga logo and “adhesive”.

Internet users were appalled to find a regular household item labeled as a fashion accessory.

“Balenciaga has just been dropping the junk drawer every year,” another person added, while another netizen joked: “I just bought one… but it’s from a small indie brand called Scotch.”
