Minor earthquake strikes Karachi’s Malir district

The earthquake measured 3.2 magnitude on the Richter scale

A minor earthquake struck in Karachi’s Malir District on Wednesday evening.

According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the earthquake’s region was in Malir and occurred at a depth of 12 km.

The earthquake measured 3.2 magnitude on the Richter scale.

The earthquake was felt in Malir, Kathor, Landhi, Quaidabad and adjoining areas.

The jolts were felt in Saadi Town, Bahria Town, Gulistan-e-Johar, and Gulshan-e-Maymar leaving residents on edge.

There were no reports of casualties or serious damage after the quake by the filing of this news story.
