Israeli army kills 32 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip in past 24 hours

Israeli forces killed at least three Palestinians in an overnight raid in a village near the city of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank

The Israeli army, in the past 24 hours, killed 32 Palestinians and wounded 41 others in the Gaza Strip.

The fresh casualties bring the total death toll in the enclave to 34,654 and injuries to 77,908, health authorities in Gaza said on Saturday.


Israeli forces have killed at least three Palestinians in an overnight raid in a village near the city of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank, according to Palestinian officials.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in a statement said one of the Palestinians had died on the way to the hospital following the raid in Deir al-Ghusun,

While a Reuters reporter present at the scene, reported that he saw Israeli forces leave the village with two other bodies.

On the other hand, the Israeli military claimed that it was conducting “counterterrorism activities in the area”.

On Day 211 of Israel’s Gaza invasion, Britain imposed sanctions on two “extremist” groups and four individuals in Israel whom it blamed for violence in the West Bank, its latest package of measures against Israeli settlers, Reuters reported.

Britain’s Foreign Office named Hilltop Youth and Lehava as two groups which it said were known to have supported, incited and promoted violence against Palestinian communities in the West Bank.

The four individuals sanctioned were responsible for human rights abuses against these communities, the statement added.
