Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth starer 2.0’s trailer is finally out!
Fans have been eagerly waiting to have their first look at this year’s much anticipated film 2.0. The Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth starer is going to be one of the most expensive Bollywood film with an estimated budget of 543 million.
Its first trailer has been finally released. 2.0 is slated to release on November 29.
With 2.0, Akshay Kumar marks his debut in the Tamil industry. He his playing the antagonist, a scientist named Dr Richard, is the man behind all the destruction. The trailer provides the glimpse at his character, and the use of animation is brilliant.
Chitti the Robot, is given a fabulous introduction in this teaser trailer. After looking at the destruction caused by the crows and the new villain of the film, Rajinikanth, who is playing scientist Dr Vaseegarana, says at the town meeting that, “This is beyond science”.
The trailer also provides the slight glimpse of Amy Jackson, who is paired opposite Rajinikanth.
Filmmaker Karan Johar will be presenting the Hindi version of 2.0 film, in collaboration with Lyca Production. Apart from its Tamil and Hindi language version, this film is being reported to be dubbed in 13 different languages.

2.0 is the sequel of Rajnikanth’s super hit 2010 film Enthiran (Robot in Hindi). Both the films are directed by Shankar Shanmugham. 2.0’s music is given by Oscar winning maestro AR Rahman. Film 2.0 is Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar’s first ever collaboration.
