Pakistan has issued approximately 3,000 visas to Sikh pilgrims from India on the occasion

3-day celebrations of Baba Guru Nanak’s 554th birth anniversary begin at Nankana Sahib from today, Nov 26.

Pakistan has granted 3,000 visas to Sikh pilgrims from India to attend the founder of Sikhism, Baba Guru Nanak’s 554th birthday celebrations.

The visa has been granted to the pilgrims allowing them to participate in the birthday celebrations scheduled to take place in Pakistan from November 25 to December 4, 2023.

The pilgrims are set to attend the event at Nankana Sahib in Pakistan, which will include visits to significant religious sites such as Dera Sahib, Panja Sahib, Nankana Sahib, and Kartarpur Sahib.

As reported, after the conclusion of the main ceremony in Nankana Sahib, the Sikh pilgrims will also visit Sacha Sauda Aminabad, Hasan Abdal and Kartapur.

The Sikh pilgrims will return to Lahore Gurdwara Derad Sahib, where after performing their religious rituals on Dec 4.
