GDA stages protest at Sindh’s Moro against alleged rigging in Feb 8 elections

The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) on Friday staged a grand protest sit-in against alleged rigging in election 2024 at Jamshoro Interchange M-9 Motorway.

The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) after last week’s power show at Jamshoro, is staging a protest in Sindh’s Moro against alleged rigging in the Feb 8 polls.

According to GDA information secretary Sardar Abdul Rahim, the protest will continue till the people’s mandate is restored.

“Today’s sit-in will be of historical importance,” Rahim said, adding, “Those plotting against the sit-in will fail.”

The sit-in will be addressed by leaders of the GDA, PTI, JUI and other parties, and future protests will also be announced today, according to the GDA information secretary.

“GDA’s Jamshoro sit-in has woken up opponents from their sleep,” Rahim added.

The Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) on Friday staged a grand protest sit-in against alleged rigging in election 2024 at Jamshoro Interchange M-9 Motorway which was attended by a large number of people.

The protest was called by the GDA, the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional and some other parties.

Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) Chief Pir Pagara Sibghatullah Shah Rashdi claimed that the election results were made and sold months before the polling day.

“The election was sold three months before the polling day and the payment has also been made,” he said while addressing a sit-in in Sindh’s Jamshoro against alleged rigging in the February 8 polls.

The GDA chief added that he refused to hold rallies and corner meetings ahead of the election was rigged even before the voting process.
