German ambassador lost his cool at the Rights Conference as pro-Palestine protesters interrupted his speech and chanted slogans.

On Saturday, Germany’s Ambassador to Pakistan Alfred Grannas was speaking at the 5th Asma Jahangir Conference titled ‘People’s Mandate: Safeguarding Civil Rights in South Asia’ when a student interrupted his speech.

“Excuse me, Mr Ambassador. I am shocked by the audacity that you are here to talk about civil rights while your country is brutally abusing the people speaking for the rights of the Palestinians,” the protestor can be heard saying in the now-viral clip.

The pro-Palestainian protesters accused Germany of its complicity in the Gaza Genocide.

The event saw a heated exchange of words by the protestors after which the management removed them.
