Sessions Judge of South Waziristan abducted from Tank and DI Khan Border
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur took notice of the incident
Sessions Judge Waziristan Shakirullah Marwat was reportedly abducted from Tank and DI Khan Border on Saturday.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Hafiz Muhammad Adnan, unknown armed men abducted the Sessions Judge of South Waziristan near Border Pargaon Bhagwal of Tank and Dera.
The armed men left the session judge’s car and driver there and took the judge along, officials said.
On the other hand, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur took notice of the incident and directed the IG to take steps for the safe recovery of the judge.
He said steps should be taken on an emergency basis to recover the judge and all available resources should be utilized.
Ali Amin Gandapur said that the incident is condemnable and sad, the involved elements cannot escape from the grip of the law.
Meanwhile, People’s Party Central Information Secretary Faisal Karim Kundi termed the abduction of the judge as regrettable.
He termed the abduction of Sessions Judge Waziristan near Tank is very sad.
Chief Minister should tell why he is not serious about establishing peace, Kundi questioned.
