Pyar ke Sadqey Episode-8 Review: A match made in heaven

Pyar Ke Sadqey, the drama serial running on HUM TV is one masterpiece, flawless and delightful watch, particularly this episode was so engaging and perfect that I would really want to watch it again, kudos to the writer and the team for creating such an amazing play. Abdullah marries Mahajabeen and it seems like this match is made in heaven, they both seem to be soul mates, Abdullah accepts Mahjabeen with all her flaws.

The episode begins when Shanzay is ruthlessly breaking poor Abdullah’s heart, not for a single second she has realized that she is crushing his confidence and ego. She ridicules him for bringing along with him his women force and then she ends up giving advice to Abdullah which seems bit reasonable and sincere and it is somehow making sense. She advises him to marry someone who actually needs his support, someone below him as she is not that kind of girl so he should forget about it. Abdullah is heartbroken but it seems that the advice has given him a direction.

Abdullah and his family go to attend Mahjabeen’s wedding even in such a heartbroken state too because Abdullah says that he has promised Munshi Jee that he will attend his daughter’s wedding. Well there the scene seems to be totally changed, the bridegroom has eloped with Mahjabeen’s friend and groom’s mother has the audacity to put the whole blame on poor Mahjabeen who is already broken on hearing this news, she is not only blaming her but insulting her tagging her as Bawlee and Bawaqoof to which Abdullah can easily relate himself with.

Abdullah cannot bear this insult of his friend, he reacts on it and starts arguing with Hammad’s mother on which she very cunningly drags Abdullah into this matter by saying that he can marry her if he really thinks that she is innocent. Abdullah really starts considering this option and Shanzay’s advice is echoing in his head. He goes to Mahjabeen and proposes her in the most adorable manner, I think every other girl wants to be proposed like this, all of us want someone who accepts them with all their flaws.

Mahjabeen happily agrees to this proposal why shouldn’t she? Someone is accepting her with all her flaws and failures? Abdullah’s phupho and his sister are very happy with his decision but his mother is worrying that Sarwar is going to be very angry.

Well Sarwar, on the other hand, is grieving over Mahjabeen’s wedding, he has no idea that he has become his stepfather in law and Abdullah has unknowingly taken his revenge in his own way or one can call it Karma. Mahjabeen’s bubble of happiness busted when Abdullah video calls Shanzay and tells him that he marries her because she has advised him to marry someone who is below him or really in need of his support.
