Diriliş: Ertuğrul inspires Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar to write something alike

Oh yes, Diriliş: Ertuğrul is the talk of the town, on social media on television, currently trending almost everywhere.

The Urdu version of Turkish being aired on national tv has taken the nation by storm and is being discussed almost everywhere.

And the recent we get to hear is that, getting the inspiration from the Ertugrul,  famous Pakistani writer Khalil ur Rehman Qamar is writing something alike and this left us wondering what it is going to be all about.

Khalil ur Rehman Qamar’s latest outing Meray Paas Tum Ho has been a massive hit, and his latest revelation makes us keen to know how will he tackle a historical topic.

Khalil-ur-Rehman while making an appearance at BOL News’s talk show “Bas, Boht Hogaya” hosted by Kiran Naz, talked about his latest inspiration.

The writer told that he has talked to Humayun Saeed and he is going to start writing a script like Diriliş: Ertuğrul.

He also pointed out the reason for the success of Turkish productions is the fact that they have kept their national language intact and feel proud of their heritage.
