Junoon to reunite for Pepsi Battle of the bands?
Nothing else has the power to unite Pakistan more than the Sufi rock band, Junoon. The entire nation was left heartbroken when band members, Salman Ahmad and Ali Azmat decided to split! Since then, a number of rumors of a possible reunion have surfaced on the internet, yet it hasn’t happened…yet!

Expectations were raised when recently, Salman shared a photograph of himself with Ali, with Junoon as a hashtag. Ali too shared the picture with the caption “Maula Jutt te Noori nutt.”
The photograph went viral and fans were filled with hope! A local publication also confirmed that Junoon will be reuniting for the upcoming season of Pepsi Battle of the Bands. But Salman’s reply shattered all hopes!
“Friends, I’m involved with Pepsi battle of the bands season 2018 & 2019, not Ali. Stay tuned for Maulla Jatt & Noori Nutt in action soon:) ”
However, it is confirmed that the two former band members have moved past their differences giving us a feeling that maybe we might see them share the stage soon too
