Tom Hanks is Taking ‘One Day At A Time Approach’ as He Fights Coronavirus

Hollywood actor Tom Hanks who was yesterday diagnosed with novel Coronavirus with his wife Rita Wilson, is currently undergoing treatment at Gold Coast University Hospital, Sydney. The actor, who is said to be in stable condition shared a photo of himself and his wife, with the fans as he updated on his current status.

“Hello, folks. Rita Wilson and I want to thank everyone here Down Under who are taking such good care of us. We have Covid-19 and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else,” wrote Tom under the picture.

“There are those for whom it could lead to a very serious illness. We are taking it one-day-at-a-time. There are things we can all do to get through this by following the advice of experts and taking care of ourselves and each other, no?” he continued.

Talking about his approach to combat the virus which has affected over 100,000 people worldwide and 120 people in Australia, the Forest Gump actor stated he is taking a ‘one day at a time approach’.

“Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no?” said the actor.

Tom and Rita, both 63, were in Australia for the actor’s shooting spell and his singer wife’s promotion of the new album. The two interacted with hundreds of people during the past week, all of whom are being tracked and monitored by concerned authorities.

Meanwhile, the only corona Rita Wilson wants is from Mexico!
