Kabli Pulao Episode-13 Review: Barbeena gets shock of her life to see Baraan alive

Kabli Pulao, a Green Entertainment drama serial is no less than a masterpiece. This episode 13 is too tragic as Haaji Mushtaaq lost his dear brother Abdul Qayyum. The performances are all brilliant. Muhammad Ehteshamuddin and Sabeena Farooq outshine as usual. After watching the previous episode, we were wondering if Barbeena and Haji Mushtaq drifting apart? In this episode, it is shown that Barbeena sees Baraan at Abdul Qayyum’s funeral.

Haaji Mushtaaq forgives Hajra for filming their life, he further adds that she has not added the very last scene which happened just before they entered their house. Barbeena is telling Haaji Mushtaq why he was not stopping her when he saw her taking selfies with people. Haaji Mushtaq asked how could he object in front of such a crowd. Barbeena asks how can she? Haaji Mushtaq understands this point and he agrees to go with her for groceries.

Hajra and her husband’s overreaction of leaving her and then coming back with the help of Haaji Mushtaq and her father is a filler track. Hajra’s father is a very interesting character. A. Ghaffar and A. Qayyum come to bring Haaji Mushtaq back home, A.Ghaffar creates lots of drama. They plead a lot but Haaji Mushtaq refuses to go with them, they return disappointed and on their way back, in a road accident, Abdul Qayyum loses his life.

Barbeena and Haaji Mushtaq bring Abdul Qayyum’s dead body home. Baraan is there to receive the body and there for the first time Barbeena lays her eyes on him and she gets the shock of her life! Her love of life is alive! She cannot believe her eyes she is about to faint when Shamim helps her out. However, Shamim is thrown out of the house as they are blaming her for Qayyum’s death. They are of the view that Ilyas has done that on Shamim’s instructions. Umer Dar’s performance as Ilyas is simply brilliant.

Sabeena Farooq has given an award-winning performance in this episode as a woman who is astonished to see her love of life is alive and who is now torn between the two but she still consoles her husband. Haaji Mushtaq is facing a very tough time at home as his niece is blaming him for killing her father. She is not ready to forgive her dear Taya Abbu. Haaji Sahab has no idea what Barbeena is going through. Will Barbeena leave Haaji Sahab for Baraan? Will Haaji Sahab let Barbeena go after knowing the reality?
