Yunhi Second Last Episode Review: Kim cancels her flight for Basharat Uncle

Iqbal will now live her dream of carving wood

Hum TV drama serial Yunhi is about to end, the week’s episode is the second last one. It seems like this play has a tragic ending which we are dreading. We so want to see Kim and Dawood end up together. In the previous episode, we see that Kim decides to go back to America leaving Dawood. In this episode, it is shown that Basharat uncle suffers a cardiac arrest and Kim cancels her ticket to America to look after him.

Kim is packing her clothes and Dawood is helplessly watching her, never does he try to stop her for once. He tries to help her in getting her bag but she stops him by saying that she can carry her own burden. They are about to leave when Surraiya comes and imparts them the news that her father’s condition is not well and to call the ambulance. Kim drops the idea of leaving for a while by canceling her ticket.

Dawood is looking after his father he got a cardiac arrest. Dawood finds Dr. Fizza at the hospital to our knowledge she is still single. Kim is a girl with a golden heart she drops all her plans of going and starts preparing breakfast for Dawood and Basharat uncle. She is coming to give Dawood the breakfast when she sees him talking with Dr. Fizza. Kim starts believing that Dawood looks good with her, she even shares this with Dawood.

Iqbal’s dream of carving wood has materialized and now she will help her brother in his furniture factory. Dada Jee objects to it and asks what Zulfi will think as if they are making their daughter work in the factory but Iqbal assures him that Zulfi is on her side. Zulfi and Iqbal are giving some serious couple goals. Iqbal has a progressive mind as she tells her father that what the world thinks does not matter to her.

Kim’s bond with the family is really strong. The way Kim consoles Razia and asks her to stay strong as Basharat uncle will be alright and the way she looks after Basharat Uncle. Kim taking care of him like a real daughter speaks volumes about her pure heart. With that, we all feel like Kim does not deserve a tragic end or separation. We so desperately want to see him and Dawood end up together. However, Dr Fizza’s entry may have significance but we do not want to see her ending up with Dawood. We want Kim to end up happily with Dawood. Yunhi deserves a surreal happy end that matches the vintage feel of the play. No tragic ending, please.
