Shehzad Roy has an open challenge for everyone.
Famous Pakistani singer-songwriter, guitarist, turned activist, social worker, and humanitarian will be keeping his fans and followers at an arm’s length.
“If you can do even 1 or even half ‘one-arm’ push-up (even if you fail while attempting it), upload it tag me in it along with the hashtag #ShehzadRoyChallenge,” he said in his recent social media post.
Shehzad also announced, “I will be selecting my favorites and will upload them from all my social media channels”.
In the shared Shehzad can be seen doing push up on his one arm at ease.

Shehzad started his singing career in 1995 and has recorded six albums since.
