Filmmakers have released the terrifying trailer for threequel Annabelle Comes Home, the latest installment in The Conjuring Universe featuring the return of The Warrens (Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson).

Trailer reveals the ‘Conjuring’ Universe’s biggest crossover, which might push the ‘Conjuring’ Universe toward a huge box office milestone. As we get our third Annabelle movie before we get our third Conjuring movie.

The upcoming third Annabelle film, once again centers around the titular demon doll which becomes a beacon for other spirits, while being in the possession of paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren.

Mckenna Grace is playing the role of Judy Warren, daughter of the paranormal investigating couple. She happens to get targeted by the demon doll alongside her two teen babysitters, played by Madison Iseman and Katie Sarife.

According to the film’s original synopsis:  “Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target—the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends.”

Gary Dauberman, the writer behind the spin-offs, will be making his directorial debut with the new Annabelle film.

Annabelle Comes Home is slated to hit theaters on June 28.
