PIA cabin crew grounded for making TikTok video

The cabin crew of Pakistan International Airline has been reportedly grounded for making TikTok videos while being on duty.
The decision was taken after video clips started doing rounds on social media. Two air-hostesses and a steward featured in a video clip shaking their heads on old songs while being on duty. It seems like this PIA staff is quite fond of social media app TikTok.
Reportedly, PIA has a rule which prohibits staff using their phones and making videos of themselves while being in uniform.
As per media reports, taking notice of this viral video PIA took notice. The staffers have been grounded from international flights and while an inquiry has been ordered against them.
But, not everyone seems to be happy with this decision taken by PIA:

Anywhere else in the world such videos would humanize the staff whose primary job is hospitality. World over airlines use humour in their ad campaigns and show lighter softer side of their crew. But we are not rest of the world. Hum Lakeer Ke Fakeer Hain. https://t.co/hRjS0P2DKs

Nothing wrong in this video. Staff having fun and perhaps @Official_PIA high-ups need to relax, be humane and have fun too. Pleasant to see the friendly and lively faces.

These charming young crew look content a d happy doing their job,so what's wrong in this video, more over this video should be used to encourage young people for cabin crew recruitment. Any way can't blame its PIA.
