Katrina Kaif shakes a leg with Aamir Khan on the peppy track “Suraiyya”

The filmmakers have released the teaser of the second song of upcoming film Thugs of Hindostan earlier today. The song teaser features Katrina Kaif who is playing Suraiyya in the film shaking a leg with Aamir Khan.

The forty-eight-second long teaser of Suraiyya begins with Katrina’s voice over. The track seems to be set in the courtroom, where Suraiyya dances to please the British officers. The song is composed by the duo Ajay-Atul while Amitabh Bhattacharya has penned its lyrics. This peppy track is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani.

Vijay Krishna Acharya, who has directed the film, in a statement spoke about Aamir Khan and Katrina performing togather. He said, “It is amazing that we could write a suitable moment in the film that sees these two icons of Indian cinema shake a leg with each other and the song will stand out because of their infectious energy and camaraderie.”

Just like the first song ‘Vashmalle’, which was released last week, this teaser is also of short duration. The full tracks will be available in theaters.

The big budget “Thugs of Hindostan” is all set to release on 8th November. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Fatima Sana Shaikh in pivotal roles. What excites the film fans is that the two big names of Bollywood Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan are sharing screen for the first time.Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, film is set in 1795 British India period.

Only few days left in the release of Thugs, let’s wait a bit more to find out how it really turns out to be. While a few people are speculating that the film will beat Ranbir Kapoor’s Sanju on the box office, let us know, what you think about it?
