90’s hit Bollywood pair Madhuri and Sanjay Dutt to reunite on screen after 21 years

Bollywood’s hit pair of Madhuri and Sanjay Dutt, which has given films like Thaanedaar, Khalnayak and Saajan, are reuniting on screen after good 21 years. The duo will be sharing screen space again in Abhishek Varman’s upcoming period drama “Kalank”. According to the media reports the duo have started their portions shoot.
According to the source, over the course of three days, the actors shot a couple of dramatic sequences with co-stars Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. As It was previously reported that Madhuri will be playing Alia and Kiara Advani’s dance teacher in the film.
As the source quoted, “Next up, Madhuri is scheduled to shoot her grand mujra song, choreographed by Saroj Khan and Remo D’souza, from 5 to 7 September, while Sanjay is yet to wrap up his portions as well. All major scenes will be completed by the month-end.” The director intends to rap-up the shoot by the end of November.

According to the reports Madhuri Dixit has replaced Sridevi in “Kalank” following the actress’ sudden death in February. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Nadiadwala, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta. And co-produced by Fox Star Studios.
