Pakistan starts coronavirus vaccination for 16 to 18 year-olds who need to travel!
Dr. Faisal Sultan, prime minister’s special assistant on health, in a statement said that children between the ages of 16 to 18 years are eligible to get a jab, if they have to go overseas for education or other reasons.
Children under 18 will have to follow the same process of registering via an SMS on the government helpline 1166, and wait for information about a health center.
More vaccine doses have been purchased and centres are being restocked: NHS ministry
Meanwhile, the Ministry of National Health Services in sharing an update on Friday said that more vaccine doses have been purchased & centers are being restocked.
There’s no shortage of Covid-19 Vaccines in the country, it added.
