Facebook & Instagram experience downtime as websites refuse to load for users
According to news and reports coming in from around the world, Facebook and Instagram both experienced huge downtime today.
A number of users have complained that Facebook’s home page has been showing a “service unavailable” message while the Instagram website is also down. Both the services are however, working on their respective apps as being claimed by many users.
As per the website Down Detector, there were multiple issues for both sites resulting in outages, focused in Europe and the east coast of the US.
Facebook and Instagram are used by billions of people around the world and even a little downtime can affect a number of users in different time zones and locations across the globe.
