KPK former provincial minister Hasham Inam is the latest person to quit PTI
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa former provincial minister Hasham Inam is the latest person to quit Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
Addressing a press conference on Saturday in Peshawar, Hasham Inam said that he considers it an insult to remain with the PTI.
“Imran Khan and some party leaders are hell-bent on a clash with the state. Imran Khan should have apologized to the nation for the May 9 arson,” he added.
Hasham Inam added that he was not making this decision under pressure.
“I am making this decision on the voice of my conscience. This is my country and my army,” he said.
On the other hand, PTI leader Zulfiqar Ali Shah has also announced to quit the party.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said the decision was taken in view of the incidents of 9th May.
