Indian cricketers face criticism for supporting Shahid Afridi’s coronavirus fund

Indian cricketers Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh are facing criticism on social media for supporting former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi’s foundation in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
Harbhajan and Yuvraj took to social media urging people to contribute to Shaid Afridi’s fund to help people in need.

Shahid Afridi also took to social media to thank these sportsmen for their support.
“Thank you for all you support,” said Afridi. “Both yourself and my brother Harbhajan Singh are huge pillars of support. This bond we have shows love and peace transgresses borders when it comes to humanity especially. Best wishes to you with your noble endeavours with Yuvraj Singh Foundation.”
